The present invention relates to a method for making semiconductor packages to provide semiconductor packages with improved metal shielding performance. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of forming a semiconductor package array, wherein the semiconductor package array has an interconnect encasing layer on a first side thereof; a step of attaching an adhesive tape onto the interconnect encasing layer, wherein the adhesive layer has an adhesive layer and a base film; a step of removing a base film of the adhesive tape from a predetermined ablation area by a laser beam; and a step of singulating the semiconductor package array along predetermined ablation regions to separate the semiconductor package array into a plurality of semiconductor packages. 본 출원은 반도체 패키지들을 제작하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 반도체 패키지들을 제작하기 위한 방법은: 반도체 패키지 어레이를 형성하는 단계 - 반도체 패키지 어레이는 자신의 제1 측면에서 인터커넥트 인케이싱 층을 가짐 -; 접착 테이프를 인터커넥트 인케이싱 층 상에 부착하는 단계 - 접착 층은 접착 층 및 베이스 필름을 가짐 -; 미리결정된 절제 영역에서 접착 테이프의 베이스 필름을 레이저 빔에 의해 제거하는 단계; 및 반도체 패키지 어레이를 복수의 반도체 패키지로 분리하기 위해 미리결정된 절제 영역들을 따라 반도체 패키지 어레이를 싱귤레이션하는 단계를 포함한다.
