Summary:A control device is disclosed. The control device according to the present invention includes: an artificial intelligence unit which outputs an action including the position of the mouse control based on a control screen containing monitoring results for a communication network; and a control unit which provides a reward for the artificial intelligence model, and switches the control screen according to the actions of the artificial intelligence unit. The control unit calculates the reward based on the operator's control actions on the operation screen viewed by the operator. 관제 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 관제 장치는, 통신망에 대한 모니터링 결과를 포함하는 관제 화면에 기반하여 마우스 제어의 위치를 포함하는 액션을 출력하는 인공지능부, 및, 상기 인공지능 모델에 대해 리워드를 제공하고, 상기 인공지능부의 액션에 따라 관제 화면을 전환하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는, 운용자가 바라보는 운용 화면 상에서의 상기 운용자의 관제 동작에 기반하여 상기 리워드를 산출한다.
