Summary:The present invention relates to a constant capacity-type electronic fluid pump, and more specifically, to a constant capacity type electronic fluid pump and an assembly method thereof, which may prevent a power connector from being broken by the rotation of a pump housing in a state in which the assembly of the fluid pump is completed. To this end, the constant capacity-type electronic fluid pump according to the present invention comprises: a housing provided in a cylindrical shape with the opened front end and rear end; a coil assembly which has a bobbin and a coil wound around the bobbin, and is pressed into the housing; a front nozzle assembly comprising a front cylinder unit which is inserted by means of the front end opening of the housing, and is coupled to one side of the coil assembly, and a suction nozzle unit which has a suction nozzle through which fluid is suctioned and is coupled to the front cylinder unit; and a rear nozzle assembly including a piston unit having a piston performing a reciprocating movement by means of magnetic force generated by the coil assembly, and a rear discharge nozzle unit comprising a discharge nozzle inserted into the rear end opening of the housing to be coupled to the other side of the coil assembly, and having fluid, compressed by the pumping operation of the piston, discharged. At the contact surface of the front end of the housing coming in contact with the front cylinder unit, a plurality of protruding units are formed by being pressurized by a staking jig inserted through the rear end opening of the housing, wherein the plurality of protruding units are arranged in a discontinuous structure in the circumferential direction at the contact surface of the front end of the housing. At the contact surface of the rear end of the front cylinder unit coming in contact with the contact surface of the front end of the housing, a plurality of concave units are formed to be shaped along with the plurality of protruding units in the shape corresponding thereto in the pressurizing process of the staking jig, wherein the plurality of concave units and protruding units are mutually geared to prevent the rotation of the housing. 본 발명은 정용량형 전자식 유체 펌프에 관한 것으로, 유체 펌프의 조립이 완료된 상태에서 펌프 하우징의 회전으로 인한 전원 커넥터의 파손을 방지할 수 있는 정용량형 전자식 유체 펌프 및 그 조립방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 정용량형 전자식 유체 펌프는, 전단 및 후단이 개구된 원통모양의 하우징과; 보빈과 보빈에 감긴 코일을 구비하며 하우징 내부에 압입되는 코일 조립체와; 하우징의 전단 개구를 통해 삽입되어 코일 조립체의 일측에 결합되는 전방 실린더부와, 유체가 흡입되는 흡입노즐을 가지며 전방 실린더부와 결합되는 흡입 노즐부를 구비하는 전방 노즐 조립체와; 코일 조립체가 발생시킨 전자기력에 의해 왕복 운동을 하는 피스톤을 갖춘 피스톤 유닛과, 하우징의 후단 개구를 통해 삽입되어 코일 조립체의 타측에 결합되며 피스톤의 펌핑 작용에 의해 압축된 유체가 토출되는 토출노즐을 가지는 후방 토출 노즐부를 구비하는 후방 노즐 조립체;를 포함하며, 전방 실린더부와 접촉하는 하우징의 전단 접촉면에는 하우징의 후단 개구를 통해 삽입되는 스테이킹 지그에 의해 가압 성형된 복수의 돌출부가 형성되되, 상기 복수의 돌출부는 하우징의 전단 접촉면에 원주방향을 따라 불연속 구조로 배치되고, 상기 하우징의 전단 접촉면과 접촉하는 전방 실린더부의 후단 접촉면에는 스테이킹 지그의 가압 과정에서 복수의 돌출부와 대응되는 형태로 함께 성형되는 복수의 오목부가 형성되되, 상기 복수의 오목부와 돌출부가 상호 맞물려 하우징의 회전이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
