Summary:The present invention relates to a protrusion ejection device for a protrusion lane painting device, which may minimize the device and have the improved combination efficiency of a main agent and a hardening agent. The protrusion ejection device for a protrusion lane painting device comprises: a protrusion main agent container in which a protrusion main agent used for forming a protrusion is accommodated; a hardening agent container in which a hardening agent mixed with the protrusion main agent is accommodated; a cleansing agent container in which a cleansing agent is accommodated; a protrusion ejection unit which is connected to the protrusion main agent container and ejects protrusions on a road surface at a certain interval; and an air supply device which is connected to the protrusion ejection unit and then supplies air to the protrusion ejection unit. The protrusion ejection unit comprises: a protrusion main agent supply line which is disposed between the protrusion main agent container and a material mixing room, and includes a protrusion main agent valve; a hardening agent supply line which is disposed between the hardening agent container and the material mixing room, and includes a hardening agent valve; an air supply line which is disposed between the air supply device and a protrusion ejection module, supplies air to the protrusion ejection module to eject protrusions through the lower part of the protrusion ejection module when a working vehicle moves by a certain distance, and includes an air adjuster; a material mixing room which receives the protrusion main agent and the hardening agent from the protrusion main agent supply line and the hardening agent supply line and then mixes the agents, and emits a mixed material formed by mixing the protrusion main agent and the hardening agent to a mixed material supply line; a mixed material supply line which delivers the mixed material transferred from the material mixing room to the protrusion ejection module; a protrusion ejection module which receives the mixed material, receives the air from the air supply line, and ejects the protrusions on the road surface; and a cleansing agent supply line which is disposed between the cleansing agent container and an end of the protrusion main agent supply line, and includes a cleansing agent valve. 본 발명은 장치를 소형화하고, 주제와 경화제의 배합 효율이 향상된 돌기형 차선 도색장치용 돌기 분출장치에 관한 것으로서, 돌기 형성에 사용되는 돌기주제가 수용되는 돌기주제 용기와, 상기 돌기주제와 혼합되는 경화제가 수용되는 경화제 용기와, 세척제가 수용되는 세척제 용기와, 돌기주제 용기와 연결되어 도로면에 일정 간격으로 돌기를 분출하는 돌기분출부와, 돌기분출부와 연결되어 돌기분출부로 공기를 공급하는 공기공급장치를 포함하고, 상기 돌기분출부는 돌기주제 용기와 재료혼합실 사이에 배치되며 돌기주제밸브를 포함하는 돌기주제공급라인과, 경화제 용기와 재료혼합실 사이에 배치되며, 경화제밸브를 포함하는 경화제공급라인과, 공기공급장치와 돌기분출모듈 사이에 배치되며, 작업차량이 일정 거리를 이동하면 돌기분출모듈로 공기를 공급하여 돌기분출모듈의 하부를 통해 돌기가 분출되도록 작동하며 공기조절기를 포함하는 공기공급라인과, 돌기주제공급라인 및 경화제공급라인으로 부터 돌기주제와 경화제를 공급 받아 혼합하고, 상기 돌기주제와 경화제가 혼합된 혼합재료를 혼합재료공급라인으로 배출하는 재료혼합실과, 재료혼합실로 부터 이송된 혼합재료를 돌기분출모듈로 전달하는 혼합재료공급라인과, 상기 혼합재료를 공급받고 공기공급라인으로 공기를 공급받아 도로면에 돌기를 분출하는 돌기분출모듈과, 세척제 용기와 돌기주제공급라인의 말단 사이에 배치되며 세척제밸브를 포함하는 세척제공급라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
