The present invention relates to a secondary battery module and a secondary battery pack including the same and, more specifically, to a secondary battery module including a plurality of secondary batteries and a secondary battery pack including the same. The present invention provides a secondary battery module, comprising: a secondary battery stack including secondary batteries stacked in one direction and one or more electrode lead overlapping portions formed by overlapping electrode leads of the secondary batteries; and at least one connection member electrically connected to the secondary battery stack, wherein the electrode lead overlapping portion has at least one concave groove formed on one side, and the connection member has one end inserted into the groove and the other end connected to an electric device.
