The present invention is to provide a wheelchair equipped with means to assist a user with impaired mobility when sitting down or getting up. According to the present invention, disclosed is a seating device including: a frame portion including a chair area capable of supporting a user upward and a leg area extending downward from the chair area; a backrest portion provided at the rear of the frame portion; and a handle portion coupled to one side of the frame portion.
