A third left gear (17a) and a third right gear (17b) coupled to the same shaft as the second left gear (16a) and the second right gear (16b) drive a fourth left gear (18a) and a fourth right gear (18b) to drive a generator (90) by the rotation of a generator shaft (11c) on the same axis as the fourth left gear (18a) and the fourth right gear (18b).
