A distribution management method of a blockchain-based distribution management server using a quick response (QR) code includes the steps of: receiving distributor information from a user terminal; generating a node ID based on the received distributor information and assigning a node to the user terminal; recognizing QR code information from the user terminal and generating distribution information; and generating blocks based on the generated distribution information and distributing the block to a plurality of nodes including the node.
