According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a marine punching device including: a plate-shaped base with a first direction as the longitudinal direction; a rotating part provided at one end of the base and rotating about a rotating axis in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a head part disposed at the other end of the base to perform punching; and a connection part where one end is connected to the rotating part and the other end is connected to the head part. As the rotating part rotates and the height of one end of the connecting part is adjusted, the head part connected to the other end of the connecting part moves up and down, thereby performing punching. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 선박용 펀칭 장치는, 제1 방향을 길이 방향으로 하는 판 형상의 베이스, 베이스 상에서 일단부에 구비되되, 제1 방향과 수직한 제2 방향을 회전축으로 회전하는 회전부, 베이스 상에서 타단부에 배치되어 펀칭을 수행하는 헤드부 및 일단이 회전부와 연결되고, 타단이 헤드부에 연결되는 연결부를 포함하며, 회전부가 회전됨과 동시에 연결부의 일단의 높이가 조정됨에 따라, 연결부의 타단에 연결된 헤드부가 상하 운동함으로써 펀칭이 수행된다.
