The present invention relates to a magnetic wheel that can reduce the size and weight of a non-destructive testing platform and a non-destructive testing platform including the same. The non-destructive testing platform according to the present invention includes a platform body and a plurality of magnetic wheels that are installed on the lower part of the platform body and enable non-destructive testing of a steel structure while the platform body is attached to the outer wall of the steel structure and travels.
