A display device of one embodiment may comprise: a base layer wherein a through-hole is defined and comprising a glass; a barrier layer disposed on the base layer and comprising a polyimide; a buffer layer disposed between the base layer and the barrier layer and comprising a hydroxyl group; a circuit layer disposed on the barrier layer; and a camera module disposed so as to overlap the through-hole. A width of the through-hole vertical to a thickness direction may increase in a direction separated from the buffer layer.
