Summary: | The present invention relates to a virtual reality-based spray-painting education system and method to educate spray painting safely and efficiently in a virtual environment with various working conditions similar to the reality. The virtual reality-based spray painting education system comprises: a VR computer (110) that implements and stores a virtual space replicating solid line blocks in a 3D model; a spray gun simulator (120) equipped with a spray gun (121) to simulate spray painting work on a surface to be painted in virtual space; a flash light simulator (130) equipped with a flash light (131) to simulate lighting in virtual space; and an HMD (140) that visualizes a virtual spray painting operation using the spray gun (121) and flash light (131) in the virtual space provided by the VR computer (110).
본 발명은, 실선 블록을 3D 모델로 모사한 가상공간을 구현하여 저장하는 VR 컴퓨터(110), 스프레이건(121)을 구비하여 가상공간의 피도면에 스프레이도장 작업을 시뮬레이션 하는 스프레이건 시뮬레이터(120), 플래쉬 라이트(131)를 구비하여 가상공간상에서의 조명을 시뮬레이션 하는 플래쉬 라이트 시뮬레이터(130), 및 VR 컴퓨터(110)로부터 제공되는 가상공간상에서의 스프레이건(121)과 플래쉬 라이트(131)를 이용한 가상의 스프레이도장 작업을 시각화 하는 HMD(140)를 포함하여, 실제와 유사한 다양한 작업조건을 갖춘 가상환경에서 안전하고 효율적으로 스프레이도장을 교육하도록 하는, 가상현실기반 스프레이도장 교육 시스템 및 방법을 개시한다. |
