A semiconductor package includes: a circuit board with an opening inside, wherein the circuit board includes a first portion and a second portion disposed below the first portion, the first portion protrudes more horizontally toward an opening part than the second portion; a transparent substrate disposed on the circuit board; an image sensor chip mounted on the circuit board; a connection terminal in contact with the lower surface of the first portion of the circuit board and connected to the circuit board; and a gap fill member that covers the connection terminal and at least a portion of the upper and side surfaces of the image sensor chip.
