A liquefied gas loading and gas processing system and an operation method thereof are disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the liquefied gas loading and gas processing system comprises: a plurality of storage tanks storing liquefied gas within a vessel; a supply line arranged to supply liquefied gas to the plurality of storage tanks from external facilities; a spray line branching from the supply line to supply the liquefied gas to the plurality of storage tanks; a vapor line connected to the plurality of storage tanks to discharge evaporative gas generated from the liquefied gas; and an emergency line connected to the plurality of storage tanks to discharge evaporative gas outside the vessel when there is an abnormality in the plurality of storage tanks. The plurality of storage tanks include a first storage tank and one or more second storage tanks, wherein the first storage tank is cooled by receiving liquefied gas through the spray line, and has a first circulation line which heats the evaporative gas discharged through the vapor line of the first storage tank to transfer at least a portion of the evaporative gas to the second storage tank. The first circulation line is connected to the emergency line, allowing the heated evaporative gas to be transferred to the second storage tank through the emergency line. Therefore, the liquefied gas loading and gas processing system can minimize the generation of evaporative gas during the loading of liquefied gas. 액화가스 로딩 및 가스처리 시스템과 이의 작동방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 선박의 내부에 액화가스를 저장하는 복수의 저장탱크; 외부설비로부터 상기 복수의 저장탱크로 액화가스를 공급하도록 마련되는 공급라인; 상기 공급라인으로부터 분기되어 상기 복수의 저장탱크로 액화가스를 공급하도록 마련되는 스프레이 라인; 상기 복수의 저장탱크와 연결되어 액화가스로부터 발생하는 증발가스를 배출하는 베이퍼 라인; 및 상기 복수의 저장탱크와 연결되어 상기 복수의 저장탱크 내 이상 발생 시 증발가스를 선박의 외부로 배출하는 비상라인;을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 저장탱크는 제1 저장탱크 및 하나 이상의 제2 저장탱크로 마련되며, 상기 제1 저장탱크는 상기 스프레이 라인을 통해 액화가스를 공급받아 냉각되고, 상기 제1 저장탱크의 베이퍼 라인을 통해 배출되는 증발가스를 가열하여 적어도 일부를 상기 제2 저장탱크로 전달하는 제1 순환라인이 마련되되, 상기 제1 순환라인은 상기 비상라인과 연결되어 상기 가열된 증발가스가 상기 비상라인을 통해 상기 제2 저장탱크로 전달되는 액화가스 로딩 및 가스처리 시스템이 제공될 수 있다.
