The present invention relates to a swivel seat lock control device for a vehicle. Specifically, the present invention is a swivel seat control device (1) for a vehicle that enables a swivel operation that rotates a seat toward the interior for conversation between passengers or toward the exterior to assist passengers in boarding and disembarking. First and second lock control means (100, 200) are installed on the bottom of the seat so that a user can freely operate the same inside or outside a vehicle. The first lock control means (100) and the second lock control means (200) are connected to a cable distributor (300) installed on the bottom of the seat, comprises, in common, lock release cables (110, 120) installed at a distance on one side of the cable distributor (300), lever connection cables (211, 221) separately installed on the other side of the cable distributor (300), and release levers (210, 220) installed at one end of each of the lever connection cables (211, 221) for operation inside or outside the vehicle, and has lock hook assemblies (130, 130) installed at one end of each of the lock release cables (110, 120). 본 발명은 차량용 스위블 시트 락제어장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 승객 간 대화를 위하여 시트를 실내방향으로 회전시키거나 승객 승하차 보조를 위하여 실외방향으로 회전시키는 스위블 작동이 가능하도록 한 차량용 스위블 시트 제어장치(1)로, 상기 시트 저면에 제1 및 제2 락제어수단(100,200)이 설치되어 사용자가 차량 실내 또는 외부에서 자유롭게 조작할 수 있도록 하되, 상기 제1 락제어수단(100)과 제2 락제어수단(100)은 시트 저면에 설치된 케이블 분배기(300)에 연결설치되며, 공통적으로 상기 케이블 분배기(300)의 일측에 거리를 두고 설치되는 락 해제 케이블(110,120)과, 상기 케이블 분배기(300) 타측에 각각 설치되는 레버 연결 케이블(211,221)과, 상기 레버 연결 케이블(211,221)의 일단에 각각 설치되어 차량 내부 또는 실외에서 조작하기 위한 해제 레버(210.220)를 구비하고, 상기 락 해제 케이블(110,120)의 일단에 각각에 설치되는 락 후크 앗세이(130,130);를 포함한 구성이다.
