Various embodiments of the present invention relate to a structure of a side felt applied for shielding noise radiated from a compressor in an air conditioner. To this end, the noise shield apparatus for a compressor in an air conditioner can comprise: a side felt for shielding noise, which is arranged to surround the compressor, and having an opening so that a terminal table arranged on the compressor can be seen from outside; a terminal table cover felt extended from the side felt and opening/closing at least a part of the opening; and a maintaining apparatus arranged in a region around the opening, and having one end which is fixed on the region around the opening, and having the other end arranged as a free end, and providing sufficient force to keep the shape of the side felt uniform.
