면역 세포 활성화에 관련된 암, 또는 항PD-1 항체/항PD-L1 항체 요법에 내성을 갖는 암의 치료용 의약 조성물의 유효 성분으로서 유용한 화합물을 제공한다. 본 발명자들은, 면역 세포 활성화에 관련된 암, 또는 항PD-1 항체/항PD-L1 항체 요법에 내성을 갖는 암의 치료용 의약 조성물의 유효 성분으로서 유용한 화합물에 관해서 검토하여, 헤테로아릴카르복시아미드 화합물이 DGKζ(DGKzeta) 저해 작용을 갖는 것을 확인하여, 본 발명을 완성하였다. 본 발명의 헤테로아릴카르복시아미드 화합물은 DGKζ 저해 작용을 갖고, 면역 세포 활성화에 관련된 암, 또는 항PD-1 항체/항PD-L1 항체 요법에 내성을 갖는 암의 치료제로서 사용할 수 있다. A compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy is provided.The present inventors have conducted studies on a compound useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy, and confirmed that a heteroaryl carboxamide compound has DGK ξ (DGKzeta) inhibitory effect, leading to completion of the present invention. The heteroaryl carboxamide compound of the present invention has DGK ξ inhibitory effect, and can be used as a therapeutic agent for treatment of cancer related to activation of immune cells or cancer resistant to anti-PD-1 antibody/anti-PD-L1 antibody therapy.
