The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting cellular aging containing pinosylvin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a method for inhibiting cellular aging using the same. Pinosylvin or a salt thereof of the present invention is a natural product and can inhibit cellular aging.
