Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing a graft polymer, which includes the steps of: producing a second diene-based rubbery polymer by enlarging a first diene-based rubbery polymer; and producing a graft polymer by polymerizing the second diene-based rubbery polymer, a third diene-based rubbery polymer, a vinyl aromatic monomer, and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer in the presence of nanoclay, wherein the weight ratio of the second diene-based rubbery polymer to the third diene-based rubbery polymer is 1 : 1.00 to 1.86. 본 발명은 제1 디엔계 고무질 중합체를 비대화하여 제2 디엔계 고무질 중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및 나노클레이의 존재 하에, 상기 제2 디엔계 고무질 중합체, 제3 디엔계 고무질 중합체, 비닐 방향족계 단량체 및 비닐 시아나이드계 단량체를 중합하여 그라프트 중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제2 디엔계 고무질 중합체 대 제3 디엔계 고무질 중합체의 중량비는 1:1.00 내지 1.86인 그라프트 중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
