Summary:An electroluminescent device includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and a light emitting layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The light emitting layer includes semiconductor nanoparticles. The semiconductor nanoparticles do not include cadmium. The light emitting layer is configured to emit green light. The semiconductor nanoparticles include semiconductor nanocrystals including indium, phosphorus, zinc, selenium, and sulfur. The molar ratio of zinc to indium in the semiconductor nanoparticles is 60 or more. When the electroluminescent device is driven at 2700 nit, T90 can be maintained for more than 120 hours. One embodiment relates to semiconductor nanoparticles.
