The present invention relates to a kiosk support robot system for senior generation, and a control method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the kiosk support robot system for the senior generation that enables to be executed with a simple operation after the senior generation orders by an uncomplicated and simple command as well as prevents an infectious disease by utilizing speech recognition and a robotic arm, by providing a platform that integrates an ordering-type kiosk system and a robot with artificial intelligence recognition technology; and the control method thereof. The kiosk support robot system for the senior generation comprises: a big data server; and a hybrid unmanned ordering kiosk. 본 발명은 시니어 세대를 위한 키오스크 지원 로봇시스템, 그리고 이의 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 주문형 키오스크 시스템과 인공지능 인식 기술이 들어간 로봇을 통합한 플랫폼을 제공함으로써, 복잡하지 않고 단순한 명령어에 의하여 시니어 세대에서 주문 후 간단한 동작으로 실행이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 음성인식과 로봇팔을 활용하여 감염병을 예방하도록 하기 위한 시니어 세대를 위한 키오스크 지원 로봇시스템, 그리고 이의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
