The present invention relates to a method and system for providing contents. The method for providing contents according to the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a request to view specific content from an electronic device; and in response to the viewing request, providing an episode list including a plurality of episodes included in the specific content to the electronic device. The episode list has episodes of different product types based on whether or not digital currency is paid for viewing. Based on the latest episode, episodes in a specific range are set to one of the different product types. The size of the specific range may change depending on whether the upload is completed until the last episode of the plurality of episodes.
