Summary:The present invention proposes a dry discharge method for completely removing an electrolyte of a secondary battery which can completely remove the electrolyte inside the secondary battery at low cost. According to the present invention, a secondary battery is disabled through a two-stage dry discharge, and then is aged for a predetermined period of time in a differential reverse voltage state. Then, during the aging time, remaining lithium coated on a separator of the secondary battery is absorbed into a cathode of the secondary battery and an electrolyte is removed, and all ionized lithium ions are oxidized and become incombustible. Therefore, as there is no need for a disposal facility to dispose of the electrolyte, costs are reduced and the electrolyte can be removed in an environmentally friendly manner. 본 발명은 이차전지 배터리 내부의 전해액을 저비용으로 완전히 제거할 수 있는 이차전지 배터리의 전해액 완전 제거를 위한 건식 방전방법을 제안한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 2단계의 건식 방전을 통해 이차전지 배터리를 불능화시키고, 이후 이차전지 배터리를 차등 역전압 시킨 상태로 소정 시간동안 숙성시킨다. 그러면 숙성시간 동안, 이차전지 배터리의 분리막에 코팅된 잔류 리튬이 상기 이차전지 배터리의 양극에 흡수되면서 전해액이 제거되어 이온화된 리튬이온이 전부 산화되어 불연화된다. 따라서 전해액 폐기를 위한 폐기시설이 필요하지 않아, 친환경적으로 비용을 절감하면서 전해액 제거가 가능한 이점이 있다.
