Summary: | The present invention relates to a method of elimination of a biofilm using combined treatment and, more specifically, to a method for effectively eliminating biofilms formed on food and food-contact surfaces through UV-C/NaOCl treatment or UV-C/SAEW treatment. The method showed a significant biofilm reduction effect in case of combined treatment compared to single treatment. In particular, a more efficient biofilm reduction effect was confirmed in UV-C/SAEW combined treatment using SAEW, which has a lower chlorine concentration than NaOCl. In addition, the present invention provides the economical and industrially applicable biofilm removal method using easy-to-access UV-C, NaOCl, and SAEW treatment methods.
