Provided is a helmet with an interior body which can be formed to be lightweight and compact. The present invention comprises a shell body 1 covering a human head, and an interior body 2 provided between the shell body 1 and the human head. A block-like regulation part 6 that permits only a part thereof to deform and regulates approximation of the shell body to the top of the human head in other parts when the shell body 1 approaches the human head due to extraneous impact is provided between the shell body 1 and the human head.
