Disclosed is a display apparatus to implement a high-resolution display apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the display apparatus comprises: a thin film transistor; a storage capacitor electrically connected to the thin film transistor; and a light emitting diode electrically connected to the thin film transistor and the storage capacitor. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode disposed on a substrate and including a first sublayer and second sublayer disposed on the first sublayer, and a semiconductor layer including a channel region disposed on the gate electrode and overlapping the gate electrode and a first low-resistance region and second low-resistance region disposed on both sides of the channel region, respectively.
