A battery, comprising: a housing internally provided with an accommodating cavity; a cell mounted in the accommodating cavity; a first cover group comprising a first body, and an electrode connector provided on the first body and in insulation connection to the first body, the first body being configured to be inserted into the housing, and a side wall of the first body being welded to a side wall of the housing; and a second cover group comprising a second body, the second body being configured to be inserted into the housing, and a side wall of the second body being welded to a side wall of the housing, wherein the two ends of the housing are respectively provided with an opening, one opening is blocked by the first cover group, and the other opening is blocked by the second cover group; and the cell is provided with two tabs, one tab is connected to the electrode connector, and the other tab is connected to the second body.
