In accordance with the present invention, a substrate treatment apparatus is provided. In accordance with one embodiment, the substrate treatment apparatus includes: a chamber having a chamber having a treatment space; a support unit supporting a substrate in the treatment space; a plasma unit generating plasma in an internal space located on an upper side of the treatment space; and a gas supply unit supplying gas to the internal space, wherein the plasma unit: a shower plate dividing the treatment space and the internal space, and having a plurality of through holes formed therein; an upper electrode to which high frequency power is applied; an ion blocker disposed between the upper electrode and the shower plate, and grounded; and a housing disposed on an upper side of the ion blocker, and transmitting a load to the ion blocker to shield the plasma generated in the internal space.
