The accelerating agent is high purity C12A7 slag manufactured from waste catalyst slag. 본 발명은 물 150~250 Kg/㎥; 시멘트 400~500 Kg/㎥; 모래 900~100 Kg/㎥; 잔골재 600~700 Kg/㎥; 및 급결제를 포함하며, 물시멘트비 40~50%, 잔골재율 50~70% 이고, 상기 급결제는 폐촉매 슬래그로부터 제조되는 고순도 C12A7 슬래그인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐촉매 슬래그를 활용한 숏크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
