Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for learning amount recommendation simultaneously using artificial intelligence and clustering using a Gaussian mixture model. The apparatus for learning amount recommendation simultaneously using artificial intelligence and clustering using a Gaussian mixture model comprises: a learning data collection part collecting a plurality of learning data from student terminals corresponding to a plurality of users; an academic achievement ability prediction part using the plurality of learning data to predict academic achievement ability types corresponding to the users of the student terminals; a learning amount table generation part generating a learning amount table by preprocessing the learning data in accordance with the predicted academic achievement ability types; and a recommended learning amount determination part referring to the learning amount table to determine a recommended learning amount corresponding to a target user, and providing the determined recommended learning amount for the student terminal of the target user.
