The present invention relates to a hydraulic bushing for a vehicle with a variable decoupler, which has enhanced characteristics that achieve high damping in vibration of large amplitude, and low dynamic stiffness in vibration of small amplitude through the decoupler when vibration is damped. The hydraulic bushing for the vehicle comprises: a core part; a housing spaced from the core part and encircling the radial outside of the core part; and a vibration isolator positioned between the core part and the housing, and including a plurality of chambers and a first fluid channel connecting the plurality of chambers to absorb low-frequency/high-amplitude vibrations, wherein the vibration isolator includes a decoupler having a second fluid channel connecting the plurality of chambers to absorb high-frequency/low-amplitude vibrations, and the decoupler includes: a membrane which blocks the second fluid channel during low-frequency/high-amplitude vibrations; and a valve member which adjusts the cross-sectional area of the second fluid channel according to the hydraulic pressure of the fluid flowing through the second fluid channel during high-frequency/low-amplitude vibrations. 본 발명은, 디커플러를 통하여 진동이 감쇠될 때 큰 진폭의 진동에서는 높은 감쇠가 이루어지도록 하고, 작은 진폭의 진동에서는 낮은 동강성을 가지도록 하여 보다 향상된 특성을 가질 수 있는 가변형 디커플러를 구비한 차량용 하이드로 부싱에 관한 것으로, 코어부와, 상기 코어부로부터 이격되어 상기 코어부의 방사상 방향 외측을 감싸는 하우징과, 상기 코어부와 상기 하우징 사이에 마련되어 복수의 액실과 저주파/고진폭의 진동을 흡수하기 위하여 상기 복수의 액실을 연결하는 제1유로가 형성되는 방진체를 포함하는 하이드로 부싱에 있어서 : 상기 방진체는, 고주파/저진폭의 진동을 흡수하기 위하여 상기 복수의 액실을 연결하는 제2유로가 형성되는 디커플러를 포함하며 ; 상기 디커플러는, 저주파/고진폭의 진동시 상기 제2유로를 차단하도록 이루어진 멤브레인과, 고주파/저진폭의 진동시 상기 제2유로를 따라 유동하는 유체의 유압에 따라 상기 제2유로의 유로 단면적을 조절하는 밸브 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
