The use of distilled water in the manufacturing process is environmentally friendly and economical, the high degree of exfoliation of boron nitride particles can reduce the rate of creation of bubbles inside the molded product, and accordingly, the density of the molded product can be increased. 본 발명은 보론나이트라이드 및 초음파를 이용한 열전도성이 우수한 폴리이미드 복합체 분말 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 제조 과정에서 증류수를 사용함에 친환경성 및 경제성이 있고, 보론나이트라이드 입자의 박리 정도가 높아 성형품 내부의 기포생성 비율을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 그에 따라 성형품의 밀도를 증가시킬 수 있다.
