Summary:A bulk acoustic resonator according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a frequency adjustment layer that changes a resonance frequency or anti-resonance frequency of the bulk acoustic resonator according to a thickness; a piezoelectric layer disposed between the frequency adjustment layer and the substrate; a first electrode disposed between the piezoelectric layer and the substrate; a second electrode disposed between the piezoelectric layer and the frequency adjustment layer; a metal layer connected to the first electrode or the second electrode; and a protective layer disposed between the second electrode and the frequency adjustment layer, wherein the frequency adjustment layer can cover a much larger area than that of the protective layer. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing energy loss or reducing heat generation. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 체적 음향 공진기는, 기판과, 두께에 따라 체적 음향 공진기의 공진주파수 또는 반공진주파수를 변화시키는 주파수 조절층과, 주파수 조절층과 기판의 사이에 배치된 압전층과, 압전층과 기판의 사이에 배치된 제1 전극과, 압전층과 주파수 조절층의 사이에 배치된 제2 전극과, 제1 전극 또는 제2 전극에 연결된 금속층과, 제2 전극과 주파수 조절층의 사이에 배치된 보호층을 포함하고, 주파수 조절층은 보호층보다 더 넓은 면적을 커버할 수 있다.
