The positive electrode material for a lithium secondary battery including graphene and lithium iron phosphate of the present invention provides uniform electrical conductivity by uniformly complexing nanocarbon on the surface of LFP, unlike carbon materials using existing conductive materials providing non-uniform electrical conductivity, and has excellent capacity and output characteristics. 본 발명은 그래핀 및 리튬인산철을 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 양극재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 그래핀 및 리튬인산철을 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 양극재료는 기존 도전재가 사용된 탄소소재의 경우 불균일한 전기전도도를 부여한 것과 달리 LFP의 표면에 나노탄소가 균일하게 복합화되어 균일한 전기전도도를 부여하며, 용량 및 출력 특성이 우수하다.
