The present invention relates to a user-oriented multi-user virtual industrial safety training system including a crane simulator interlocking function, which provides a system practically helpful to users in an actual field. According to the present invention, the user-oriented multi-user virtual industrial safety training system comprises a training device interlocking unit storing a crane type when a user selects a crane as equipment at a workplace or equipment for training and allowing setting of a simulator hardware device used during training for the corresponding crane type. The training device interlocking unit includes: a crane-type setting unit allowing a user to select the crane type for training; and a training equipment setting unit allowing selection and setting of simulator hardware devices prepared in advance to enable virtual training for the crane type selected by the crane-type setting unit. 실시예의 크레인 시뮬레이터 연동 기능을 탑재한 사용자 중심의 다자참여형 산업안전 가상훈련시스템은, 사용자가 근무하는 사업장의 장비 또는 훈련하고자 하는 장비로 크레인을 선택한 경우에 해당 크레인의 기종을 저장하고 해당 크레인 기종의 훈련시 사용하는 시뮬레이터 하드웨어 장치의 설정이 가능하도록 하는 훈련장치 연동부를 포함하고, 상기 훈련장치 연동부는 사용자가 훈련하고자 하는 크레인 기종의 선택이 가능하도록 하는 크레인 기종 설정부와, 상기 크레인 기종 설정부에 의해 선택된 크레인 기종에 대하여 가상훈련이 가능하도록 미리 준비된 시뮬레이터 하드웨어 장치의 선택과 설정이 가능하도록 하는 훈련장비 설정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
