Summary:The present invention relates to a PCB cleaning apparatus and a PCB cleaning method using the same. The present invention relates to the PCB cleaning apparatus provided to remove particles on the surface of the PCB, and may comprise: a housing which has a shape with the opened side surface, and comprises an upper portion member having a curved surface which may cause a Coanda effect at the lower surface and an end portion member which is coupled to the lower surface of one side of the upper portion member to downwardly protrude; a first air knife which is installed at the opposite side to the end portion member of the upper portion member to spray the air towards the curved surface; a second air knife which is installed at the lower side of the first air knife to spray the air towards the PCB; and a suction unit which is installed at the end portion member which may suck the air sprayed from the first air knife and the second air knife. Provided is the PCB cleaning apparatus which causes the Coanda effect while flowing along the curved surface after being sprayed from the first air knife. Therefore, the particle removing effect may be maximized. 본 발명은 피씨비 세정장치 및 이를 이용한 피씨비 세정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 피씨비(PCB) 표면의 파티클을 제거하기 위한 피씨비 세정장치에 있어서, 하면에 코안다 효과를 유발할 수 있는 곡면이 형성된 상부부재와 상부부재의 한쪽 하면에 아래쪽으로 돌출하도록 결합하는 단부부재를 포함하며, 측면이 개방된 형태의 하우징; 상기 상부부재의 단부부재 반대쪽에 설치되어 상기 곡면 쪽으로 공기를 분사하는 제1에어나이프; 상기 제1에어나이프의 아래쪽에 설치되어 피씨비 쪽으로 공기를 분사하는 제2에어나이프; 상기 단부부재에 설치되어 상기 제1에어나이프와 제2에어나이프에서 분사된 공기가 흡입되는 흡입부;를 포함하며, 상기 제1에어나이프에서 분사된 상기 곡면을 따라 흐르면서 코안다 효과를 유발하는 피씨비 세정장치를 제공한다.
