The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers using induced heat generation by high-frequency electromagnetic radiation of carbon fibers and a method for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers using the same. The device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers includes: a main body unit; a gas inlet installed on one side of the main body unit; a gas outlet installed on the other side of the main body unit; one induction coil; multiple induction coils; multiple magnetic cores; and a current applying device. The present invention can reduce power consumption. 본 발명은 재생탄소섬유 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 탄소섬유 혼합 폐기물내 탄소섬유의 고주파 전자기 복사에 의한 유도발열을 활용하여 재생탄소 섬유를 제조하는 장치 및 이를 이용하여 재생탄소섬유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
