Summary: | The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers using induced heat generation by high-frequency electromagnetic radiation of carbon fibers and a method for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers using the same. The device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers includes: a main body unit; a gas inlet installed on one side of the main body unit; a gas outlet installed on the other side of the main body unit; one induction coil; multiple induction coils; multiple magnetic cores; and a current applying device. The present invention can reduce power consumption.
