According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device comprises: a display device; and a case covering the display device. The display device includes: a display module, and a cover panel. The display module includes: a display panel displaying an image, and having a folding region folding with a virtual folding shaft in the center on a plane, and a plurality of non-folding regions near both sides of the folding region; and a circuit board electrically connected to the display panel. The cover panel is arranged on a rear surface of the display module, and includes a large number of layers. The circuit board is arranged on a rear surface of the cover panel. The cover panel provides an air gap unit which has two or more of the large number of layers apart from each other by corresponding to a part mounting region of the circuit board.
