Summary:The present invention relates to a polyester oligomer and a producing method thereof, and a polyester-polycarbonate block copolymer containing the oligomer and a producing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyester oligomer containing a polymerization unit having a structure derived from a diallyl bisphenol compound and a polymerization unit having a structure derived from a fluorene diol compound, and a producing method thereof, and a high refractive index polyester-polycarbonate copolymer including a block formed from the polyester oligomer and a polycarbonate block as a repeating unit, having improved scratch resistance compared to conventional linear polycarbonate and a polycarbonate copolymer, and maintaining excellent impact resistance, and a producing method thereof. Provided is the polyester oligomer which comprises: a polymerization unit having a structure represented by chemical formula I; and a polymerization unit having a structure represented by chemical formula II. 본 발명은 폴리에스테르 올리고머 및 그 제조방법, 및 이 올리고머를 포함하는 폴리에스테르-폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 디알릴 비스페놀계 화합물 유래 구조를 갖는 중합 단위 및 플루오렌계 디올 화합물 유래 구조를 갖는 중합 단위를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 올리고머 및 그 제조방법, 및 상기 폴리에스테르 올리고머로부터 형성된 블록 및 폴리카보네이트 블록을 반복 단위로 포함하며, 종래의 선형 폴리카보네이트 및 폴리카보네이트 공중합체 대비 향상된 내스크래치성을 가지면서도, 내충격성이 우수하게 유지되는 고굴절률의 폴리에스테르-폴리카보네이트 공중합체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
