The present invention relates to a wind-propelled system capable of tilting and a ship including the same. According to the present invention, the wind-propelled system includes: a fixing unit prepared on a deck of a ship and including an upper fixing unit and a lower fixing unit in which one side is connected by a hinge unit; a rotation unit rotatably installed in the upper part of the upper fixing unit; and a tilting unit capable of tilting at least the rotation unit. The tilting unit includes: a wire having one end connected to an upper end of the upper fixing unit and the other end connected to a lower end of the upper fixing unit; a driving motor controlling tension of the wire; a reducer generating high rotation output by receiving the rotation output of the driving motor; a pulley device including multiple pulleys and transmitting the tension to the wire by receiving the rotation output generated by the driving motor through the reducer, wherein a part of the multiple pulleys is connected to a rotation shaft of the reducer; and a pulley holding device fixing the rest pulleys. The upper fixing unit and the rotation unit can be tilted or returned by the tilting unit. 본 발명의 풍력 추진 시스템은 선박의 갑판 상에 마련되고, 일측이 힌지부에 의해 연결되는 하부 고정부 및 상부 고정부를 구비하는 고정부; 상기 상부 고정부의 상부에 회전 가능하게 마련되는 회전부; 및 적어도 상기 회전부를 틸팅시킬 수 있는 틸팅 작동부를 포함하고, 상기 틸팅 작동부는 일단이 상부 고정부의 상단에 연결되고, 타단이 상부 고정부의 하단에 연결되는 와이어; 상기 와이어의 장력을 조절하는 구동 모터; 상기 구동 모터의 회전 출력을 전달받아 높은 회전 출력을 발생시키는 감속기; 복수의 도르래를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 도르래 중 일부가 상기 감속기의 회전축에 결합되며, 상기 구동 모터에서 발생한 회전 출력을 상기 감속기를 통해 전달받아 상기 와이어에 장력을 전달하는 도르래 장치; 및 상기 복수의 도르래 중 나머지 도르래를 고정시키는 도르래 거치 장치를 포함하고, 상기 틸팅 작동부에 의해 상기 상부 고정부 및 상기 회전부가 틸팅 또는 복귀될 수 있다.
