The present invention relates to an air-jet textured (ATY) composite yarn produced by a manufacturing method comprising the steps of separately supplying partially oriented yarns (POY) and latent crimped yarns for air-jet texturing and winding the same, and to an air-jet textured composite yarn, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fabric using the same for various applications, such as automotive interiors, furniture, and bag fabrics. In the present invention, by adjusting an elongation difference between nylon and polyester and an interlace pressure by interlacing, the impression of a composite false twist yarn can be given as each POY are compositely twisted, thereby preventing a bottom of the fabric from looking messy and enhancing the productivity by a subtle melange effect. 본 발명은 부분배향사(POY)와 잠재권축사를 별도로 공급하여 에어제트 텍스츄어링시키는 단계, 및 이를 권취시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법으로 제조된 에어제트 텍스츄어링(ATY) 복합사와 이로부터 제조된 직물을 자동차 내장재, 가구용, 및 가방용 직물 등의 다양한 용도로 사용하는 에어제트 텍스츄어링 복합사, 이의 제조방법, 및 이를 이용한 직물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 나일론과 폴리에스터의 신도 차와 교락에 의한 교락 압력과 교락수를 조절해 각각의 POY를 복합 가연한 것과 같은 복합 가연사의 느낌을 줄 수 있고, 이러한 효과는 원단 바닥이 지저분해 보이지 않게 하며, 은은한 멜란지 효과를 내게 하여 상품성을 높일 수 있다.
