Summary:A grain oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a grain oriented electrical steel sheet base and a metal oxide layer present on both sides of the grain oriented electrical steel sheet base. A maximum Al fraction in the metal oxide layer is 0.15 to 1.0% by weight, and a ratio (DWL/DWS) of an average magnetic domain width (DWL) of a side with a large average domain width to an average magnetic domain width (DWS) of a side with a small average domain width among one side and the other side of the electrical steel sheet substrate is 1.2 to 1.8. Thus, the present invention can simultaneously improve core loss and excitation power. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 방향성 전기강판은 방향성 전기강판 기재 및 방향성 전기강판 기재의 양면 상에 존재하는 금속 산화물 층을 포함한다. 금속 산화물 층 내의 최대 Al 분율이 0.15 내지 1.0 중량%이고, 전기강판 기재의 일면 및 타면 중 평균 자구 폭이 작은 면의 평균 자구 폭(DWS)에 대한 평균 자구 폭이 큰 면의 평균 자구 폭(DWL)의 비율(DWL/DWS)이 1.2 내지 1.8이다.
