The present invention relates to a water-cooled heat exchanger which can cool a supercharged air compressed to a high temperature and a high pressure by a supercharger in a water-cooled manner in order to increase engine output. More specifically, according to the present invention, a plate of a heat exchanging unit partially extends to the tank inside, thereby increasing a heat exchange area. Additionally, rigidity of a header is secured through an extension unit. The water-cooled heat exchanger of the present invention comprises: a tank unit; and a core unit. 본 발명은 엔진 출력을 높이기 위해 과급기에 의해 고온 고압으로 압축된 과급공기를 수랭식으로 냉각시킬 수 있는 수랭식 열교환기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 열교환부의 플레이트가 탱크 내측까지 부분적으로 연장되어 열교환 면적을 증대시키고, 연장부를 통해 헤더의 강성을 확보한 수랭식 열교환기에 관한 것이다.
