Disclosed is a winch system for a fixed agricultural machinery which can work on a large area at a low cost. According to the present invention, the provided winch system for the fixed agricultural machinery comprises: a plurality of pulley poles spaced apart from each other; a winch unit disposed on one side of a transfer range formed by the plurality of pulley poles; a plurality of transfer wires wound around the winch unit, and mounted toward a center side of the transfer range by the pulley pole; and a module unit connected to an end part of the transfer wire.
