Summary: | Disclosed is a method for testing operation characteristics of a transport device. A test object transport device is loaded to a test station which generates a virtual operation environment for the transport device, and a test list, which is a test object operation characteristic for the transport device, and a test event, which synchronizes operations of the transport device and the test station at an operation characteristic test point, are set. A defect of the transport device is determined by driving the transport device in the virtual operation environment and testing the operation characteristics included in the test list to detect test results for the operation characteristics. By using an operation simulator, a cause of malfunction of the transport device can be easily detected without stopping an operation of a transport system including the transport device.
반송장치의 동작특성 검사방법을 개시한다. 검사대상 반송장치를 반송장치에 대한 가상의 동작환경을 생성하는 검사 스테이션에 로딩하고, 반송장치에 대한 검사대상 동작특성인 검사 리스트와 상기 동작특성 검사 지점에서 반송장치와 검사 스테이션의 동작을 동기화하는 검사 이벤트를 설정한다. 가상의 동작환경에서 반송장치를 구동하여 검사 리스트에 포함된 동작특성을 검사하고 동작특성에 대한 검사결과를 검출하여 반송장치의 불량여부를 판정한다. 동작 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 반송장치를 포함하는 반송 시스템의 동작을 중지하지 않은 채 반송장치의 동작이상 원인을 용이하게 검출할 수 있다. |
