Summary:Disclosed are a communication environment evaluation device and a method therefor. When transmitting data between towers, the network communication environment for transmitting data over WAN communication is optionally evaluated. Based on the evaluated network communication environment, data is transmitted through WAN communication from the selected tower. When transmitting data through the smart power grid, data can be more efficiently and stably transmitted. 본 발명은 타워 간 데이터 전송 시, 선택적으로 WAN 통신으로 데이터를 전송하기 위해 네트워크 통신 환경을 평가하고, 평가된 네트워크 통신 환경을 기초로 선택된 타워에서 WAN 통신으로 데이터를 전송하도록 하여 스마트 전력 그리드(Smart Power Grid)을 통해 데이터를 전송함에 있어서 보다 효율적이고 안정적으로 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 통신 환경 평가 장치 및 이를 방법을 개시한다.
