Summary:A sub-terahertz signal generator using a frequency multiplier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first inductive load connected between a power supply voltage and a common drain node; a second inductive load connected between a ground and a common source node; and a multiplier core comprising a pair of symmetrical transistors connected between the common drain node and the common source node to receive a differential input signal, wherein a body terminal of a first transistor and a second transistor is open, and a signal having a frequency twice of an oscillation frequency is obtained from the common source node. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing frequency signals that cannot be provided by a semiconductor process technology. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주파수 체배기를 이용한 서브 테라헤르츠 신호 생성기는, 전원전압과 공통 드레인 노드 사이에 연결된 제1 유도성 부하, 접지와 공통 소스 노드 사이에 연결된 제2 유도성 부하 및 상기 공통 드레인 노드와 상기 공통 소스 노드 사이에 연결되어 차동 입력 신호를 인가받는 한 쌍의 대칭 트랜지스터를 포함하는 체배기 코어를 포함하고, 제1 트랜지스터와 제2 트랜지스터의 바디 단자가 개방되어, 발진주파수의 2배 주파수를 가진 신호를 공통 소스 노드에서 얻는 것을 특징으로 한다.
