The present invention relates to a food marking system using a laser marking machine and a variable support. Specifically, according to an aspect of the embodiment, the food marking system using the laser marking machine includes: a variable support part supporting an object; a distance sensor spaced apart from the variable support part and detecting the distance to the object; and a laser marking machine irradiating a laser to the object. The variable support part includes: a plurality of unit area support parts supporting the object in a segmented area; a pressure sensor array which detects pressure applied to the unit area support parts; and a drive unit driving the unit area support parts vertically in response to the detected pressure.
