A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: battery cells; a module case for accommodating the battery cells; a filling member that is filled in the module case and is placed between the battery cells; a top case that is combined with the module case and covers the battery cells; and filling member injection units that are formed on the top case to guide the injection of the filling material into the top case and are provided in a predetermined ratio number compared to the number of battery cells. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 모듈은, 배터리 셀들, 배터리 셀들을 수용하는 모듈 케이스, 모듈 케이스 내에 채워지며, 배터리 셀들 사이에 배치되는 충진부재, 모듈 케이스와 결합되며, 배터리 셀들을 커버하는 탑 케이스 및 모듈 케이스 내측으로 충진부재의 주입을 가이드할 수 있게 탑 케이스에 형성되며, 배터리 셀들의 개수와 대비하여 소정 비율의 개수로 마련되는 충진부재 주입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
