Summary: | Provided in the present invention are a device and a method which may perform heat treatment by locally performing electric resistance heating (Joule heating) only at the front end portion of a workpiece during a shearing process. Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a metal plate shearing device, which comprises first and second molds which are vertically arranged and shear a metal plate by means of a vertical movement. The first mold may comprise: a mold main body which is vertically moved; a plate fixing unit which pressurizes a plate by the vertical movement of the mold main body; and a shearing shaping unit which is connected to the mold main body, and is arranged between the plate fixing units or on the inside of the plate fixing unit to perform shearing with respect to the plate. The second mold comprises: a support unit which supports the plate; and a discharge groove unit which is arranged at the location corresponding to the shearing shaping unit. The shearing shaping unit comprises: a shearing unit which comes in contact with the plate to shear the plate; an electrode unit which is arranged in the direction opposite from the second mold direction at the shearing unit while being connected to the power unit; and an insulation unit which is arranged between the shearing unit and the electrode unit. The plate fixing unit is connected to the power unit.
본 발명은 전단공정 도중에 피가공재의 전단부만을 국부적으로 전기저항가열(Joule Heating)하여 열처리할 수 있는 장치 및 방법을 제공을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 일실시예에서, 상하로 배치되며 상하이동을 통하여 금속 판재를 전단 성형하는 제 1 및 제 2 금형을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 금형은 상하이동하는 금형 본체, 상기 금형 본체의 상하이동에 따라 상기 판재를 가압하는 판재 고정부와 상기 금형 본체에 연결되며 상기 판재 고정부 사이 혹은 상기 판재 고정부 내측에 배치되어 상기 판재를 전단 성형하는 전단 성형부를 포함하며, 상기 제 2 금형은 상기 판재를 지지하는 지지부와 상기 전단 성형부에 대응되는 위치에 배치되는 배출홈부를 포함하고, 상기 전단 성형부는 상기 판재에 맞닿아 판재를 전단하는 전단부, 상기 전단부에서 제 2 금형 방향의 반대 방향에 배치되며 전원부와 연결되는 전극부, 상기 전단부와 전극부 사이에 배치되는 절연부를 포함하며, 상기 판재 고정부는 상기 전원부와 연결되는 금속 판재 전단 가공 장치를 제공한다. |
